60k / 120k Maintenance

This page will have more information soon, but in the meantime I'm just going to paste the list of acceptable timing components in here that I've been copy/pasting into the Facebook groups for the last 3 months.

If you need a reference in the meantime, check out this writeup on the 3S wiki.

Acceptable Timing Belts

Acceptable Timing Belt Tensioners

Acceptable Water Pumps

I personally recommend the ContiTech TB195 kit, as it comes with everything needed except a timing belt tensioner (saving you ~$100 on one you wont use as with the Gates kit), allowing you to buy either an OEM hydraulic tensioner or a solid one.

I recommend solid tensioners for those who are very mechanically inclined and would rather have the responsiblity to maintain their belt tension on them than on a hydraulic tensioner. I recommend OEM hydraulic for everyone else.
