What 3S Hub collects through this website and what we do with it. Updated October 27, 2026.
What you send us
When you use the contact form, we receive what you type: your name, email address and message, and your phone number if you add it. We use it to reply to you and to deal with your request.
It is kept in 3S Hub's business system (an ERP), which Zephyrex Technologies Limited runs on its own servers in Alberta.
Page views
We count which pages are visited without cookies: the page, the page you came from, your time zone, your browser's user-agent string and any campaign tags in the link. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, nothing is counted.
The counts are kept on Zephyrex Technologies Limited's servers in Alberta.
Google Analytics
Only if you accept the cookie banner, Google Analytics (run by Google) uses cookies to measure how the site is used. It is not used for advertising. If you decline, or your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, Google Analytics doesn't load at all.
How the site reaches you
The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which handles your connection to it, including your IP address, to keep it fast and secure.

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you through the contact form or by email to [email protected]. We answer under Canada's privacy law (PIPEDA).
